Purdue Hires Barry Odom as New Head Coach
Before UNLV, Odom served as head coach at Missouri from 2016 to 2019.

INDIANAPOLIS — Purdue has hired Barry Odom as its new head football coach.
Odom spent the last two seasons as head coach at UNLV, leading the team to consecutive nine-win seasons for the first time in program history and appearances in the Mountain West Conference championship game both years.
Before UNLV, Odom served as head coach at Missouri from 2016 to 2019. He guided the Tigers to winning seasons and bowl games in 2017 and 2018 before being let go after a 6-6 record in 2019.
