Mike Chappell of FOX59 joins The Ride with JMV to talk Colts. Mike Chappell talks about the Vegas odds putting Andrew Luck in the fifth spot for MVP. Mike Chappell goes on to talk about how he feels the Colts are the team to beat in the AFC south. Mike Chappell also talks about the other teams in the AFC south and how he feels it will be a strong division this year.

“Have you seen the Vegas odds for MVP this year? Andrew Luck is fifth or sixth in the rankings.”

“We’ve talked. The way Luck came back last year, you should be better the second year back. He spent the first month of the season kind of feeling his way. September was a very quiet month. I mean he threw the heck out of the ball but once he got going I think we are going to see a better Luck in year two.”

“Where do you think the Colts will be this year? Ten or Eleven?”

“I think you start at ten and six. I’m not quite there where I was with Manning, when he had Peyton it was ten wins. It just was ten wins and then how thing have unfolded was that much better. I’m not quite there with Luck yet. Ten and six for me should be a starting point. This team is better. It’s deeper. It’s the deepest roster they’ve had since the 2009 super bowl season.”
