The NFL Draft is Thursday night and barring a shocking move up, the Indianapolis Colts won’t be selecting until Friday in the second round with the 42nd overall pick.  What they do with that pick is anyone’s guess as they have plenty of holes to try and fill with their seven draft picks: wide receiver, offensive tackle, tight end and plenty of other depth issues that GM Chris Ballard will try to solve after a lackluster free agency period on the offensive side of the ball.

There’s been a healthy debate over who is the best wide receiver in this draft class all off-season and I think there’s a legitimate argument you can make for a lot of them. – The Athletic‘s Diante Lee on there not being a unanimous top guy at wide receiver

On Tuesday’s edition of Kevin & Query, Diante Lee of The Athletic joined the show to give his thoughts on where he thinks they’ll lean on Friday night.  He believes the Colts could be looking at play makers at wide receiver like North Dakota State’s Christian Watson or Georgia’s George Pickens with their second-round pick and said that while there is a need for tight end, he doesn’t see it being that early in the draft.

None of these guys are really the dynamic pass-catchers we’re used to accustomed to seeing in the NFL these days.  Those big body guys that are athletic enough to make plays with the ball in their hands, this isn’t the draft class for that. – Diante Lee on the tight end talent in this year’s draft class
