Tamika Catchings On WNBA All-Star Weekend And More!

The WNBA world has descended on Indianapolis as the league’s All-Star Weekend tips off!
All of the league’s top stars are here in the Circle City, and the festivities are in full swing as fans and players celebrate the growing game of women’s basketball! Even with Fever superstar Caitlin Clark sidelined with an injury, leaving her unable to participate in the on-court activities, the increased impact of the league is easily noticeable in the pomp and circumstance the All-Star Weekend is bringing.
While all eyes are understandably looking towards the future in the game of women’s basketball, plenty of stars from years past are also in Indy. One former player that fans around here should be very familiar with is Hall of Famer and Indiana Fever all-time great Tamika Catchings, who is not just enjoying the celebration of the game of basketball, but also helping promote her foundation, the Catch The Stars Foundation. During the Friday edition of The Ride With JMV, Tamika joined the show and spoke about the growth of women’s basketball, Indianapolis being a focal point of that growth, as well as about her foundation and the events they’re putting on this weekend! Listen to that conversation and more down below and tune into The Ride With JMV weekdays from 3-6pm on 93.5/107.5 The Fan!
