Lance Lynn, the standout MLB pitcher from Brownsburg, Indiana, has officially retired after a stellar 13-year career.

Lance was a part of a state championship in 2005 with Brownsburg.

Lance was also one of the 1999-2001 Little World Series Team that made it to Williamsport.

The 2005 high school team Lance was on is the only 4A team in Indiana state history to go undefeated with a record of 35-0 in a baseball powerhouse conference the Hoosier Crossroad Conference.

The 2005 Brownsburg high school team was recognized as Indiana’s greatest high school baseball team.

Lynn’s MLB tenure spanned six teams, including notable stints with the St. Louis Cardinals, where he won a World Series in his rookie season in 2011, the Texas Rangers, and the Chicago White Sox.
