IMS Pres. Doug Boles and Bret Michaels Talk Carb Day 2025

The lineup for Carb Day 2025 has been revealed, and it’s looking to be a loaded show out at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway come the month of May!
The show will be headlined by Carb Day alumni Bret Michaels, as well as by The All-American Rejects! This will be Michaels 2nd Carb Day appearance, after he first played the 2013 show with his band Poison. During a very special Carb Day Announcement edition of The Ride With JMV at Tom’s Watch Bar, Bret Michaels joined and spoke about returning to Indy for Carb Day!
“[I] can’t wait to get back to Indy; this is going to be an absolute party. Let me tell you how excited I am, I got ahold of Tyson yesterday [from the] All-American Rejects, we’re going to make this an absolute party and a celebration of what matters: all of the race fans!”
Bret also spoke about how special it is to him personally to be able to experience the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
“First of all, for me as a race fan, it’s absolutely insanely a thrill….To be able to be a part of the fabric of how incredible this race is, and as you know with my daughters and my family, we have a min-track on our property. Every time I go out to Ruoff to play, last summer we kicked off the entire Parti-Gras Tour there, and I got to tell you, we took everyone out to the racetrack that’s right on the grounds, I brought my dirt bike, rode all over the place, met a bunch of fans, and that’s the same spirit we’re bringing back for the 109th.
John also spoke to IMS President Doug Boles about the 2025 lineup!
“What I’m excited about this is we have two artists…who can’t wait. This has never happened, where on Announce Day, they’ve called in and want to be part of it. Amanda Stanley on our PR team was just saying, the number of times that she’s talked to Bret, because he knows what a huge party this is, and thney want to make it a party. So when you have artists who are coming because they want to be part of the day, it makes it that much more special.”
