The Coronavirus has dramatically changed our daily routines over the past seven weeks and counting. We all have to find things to keep us entertained and busy.

What does it for Dan Dakich? Kayla Itsines Workouts, he said on Tuesday’s Dan Dakich Show.

“I’m involved in this thing called Kayla,” Dakich said. “Kayla is a workout for sorority girls that kicks the living hell out of you. Not a little bit. I mean kicks you bad. I mean kicks you right in the you-know-whats and it ain’t even close. She kills ya’.”

The Australian fitness instructor and personal trainer is best known for her BBG (Bikini Body Guides) 28-minute workouts.

“This Kayla is killin’ me. I figure, the only time I ever committed to anything in terms of getting in shape was…I did P90X for a long time…and it was the strongest I’d been and it was probably when I turned 50. But this is really good, so I recommend it.”

“But that’s what I’ve been doing. I’m trying to do it so I don’t know. It’s a pain in the ass. On off days you gotta do 45 minutes of cardio. So I’m gonna go down and do that.”

Dan seems to be embracing these weird times by staying active. Hey, whatever it takes.

His words of advice during this pandemic?

“I’m hoping you’re doing something other than having too many drinks…no reason to do that.”

“Just have a good time and be nice to people.”
