Indiana Outdoors takes a broad perspective on all things outdoors in Indiana and beyond.  There is something for everyone – from the serious “hook and bullet” audience to those who simply like to be outside.
Features on Indiana Outdoors always include expert guests, DNR updates, where the fish are biting, where the turkeys are gobblin’, or where the mushrooms are poppin’. Get the latest news of interest to those who are serious about playing outdoors. Bryan can be heard on The Fan every Saturday from 6 am-7 am and also on 21 Network Indiana radio stations around the state.

Bryan Poynter is a lifelong Hoosier and avid outdoorsman.  He is an avid supporter of many conservation and outdoor organizations as well as a Life Member of the NRA.  He has been Chairman of the Indiana Natural Resources Commission since 2006 and twice past President of the Hoosier Outdoor Writers organization.

Since March 2014, Indy Eleven and ESPN 93.5 & 107.5 The Fan have teamed up to bring the Hoosier State’s first show devoted entirely to the world’s most popular sport – Soccer Saturday, presented by Indy Eleven – to the radio airwaves. Every Saturday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. ET, veteran Indy area broadcaster Greg Rakestraw guides listeners through the best 60 minutes of soccer talk around.

Each week’s show will include at least one voice from the world of Indy Eleven and often features analysis from the sports’ best pundits such as Sports Illustrated’s Grant Wahl and FOX Sports’ Alexi Lalas.

A two-decade-plus veteran of Indianapolis radio, Rakestraw has served as the play-by-play voice of Indy Eleven on WISH-TV since the team’s inaugural 2014 season, giving him an unqualified perch to gloss over the beautiful game from every Saturday.

Coach Bob Lovell hosts the most listened-to sports talk show in the state of Indiana and focuses on high school sports. Indiana Sports Talk features interviews with high school coaches, players, and broadcasters from around the state of Indiana.

From high school to college and even some professional, Coach Bob Lovell covers it all every Friday and Saturday from 9:30 pm–midnight on The Fan.

And that’s not all – our scoreboard updates are heard every 15 minutes and are truly the star of the show.
