The Indianapolis Colts won’t necessarily need a Christmas miracle to defeat the Arizona Cardinals, but they’ll no doubt need all the reindeer to do their part in pulling Frank Reich’s sleigh to victory.

Carson Wentz has to be sharp. Jonathan Taylor needs to be forceful. Darius Leonard must stay relentless. And the offensive line better be ready, especially on the interior.

Both Quenton Nelson and Mark Glowinski are on the COVID-19 list; And Ryan Kelly is dealing with a heartbreaking personal matter. Our prayers are with him on this Christmas holiday.

Here’s the question.

Can Chris Reed, Danny Pinter, and Matt Pryor provide a whole-hearted effort and lead JT to the end zone for another dominant ballgame?

The truth of the matter is that Reed at times this year was already outplaying Glowinski. And since coming over from the Eagles, Pryor has gelled in nicely along with the rest of the big boys.

Even though the Cardinals have some studs on the defensive side of the ball in linebackers Chandler Jones and Isaiah Simmons, they’re still giving up 4.6 yards per carry on the year.

That’s tied for third worst in the NFL. Enter Mr. Taylor.

If JT puts the Colts on his back once again for a road win in the desert, hand this man the MVP.

Merry Christmas all!
