Colts offensive lineman Danny Pinter jumped on with Kevin & Query Wednesday morning and discussed his touchdown catch in their win over the New York Jets, his alma mater Ball State and a number of other topics.  When it came to his touchdown catch, he was over the moon.

“At one point it was moving really slow but in the grand scheme of things it was a blur.  My main responsibility on that play is to get a piece of the lineman and then I was designed to get out and fortunately no one came out with me.”

Offensive coordinator Marcus Brady said Pinter has the best hands of the offensive lineman but Pinter noted that there are plenty of other options on that line to field some passes.

“We’ve got some athletes. [Quenton Nelson] has some pretty good hands, [Ryan Kelly] can go get it so we have a pretty good group of athletes.”

The guys also discussed his love for Ball State and MACtion, his dog and his relationship with GM Chris Ballard.  If you’d like to listen to the full interview, click the link below and be sure to catch the brand-new Kevin & Query every weekday morning from 7-10am on 93.5 and 107.5 The Fan!
