At 7:39pm tonight, the Purdue Boilermakers continue their quest for their first NCAA Tournament Championship against the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Earlier in the season, Purdue defeated Gonzaga 73-62 in the Maui Invitational. Zach Edey led the Boilermakers in scoring with 25 points. He also inhaled 14 rebounds. Gonzaga's leading scorer was Graham Ike with 14 points.

Earlier this season, the Purdue Boilermakers defeated the Gonzaga Bulldogs 73-63 in the Maui Invitational. Zach Edey led all scorers with 25 points and 14 rebounds. On Friday night, the two teams face off to head to the Elite Eight.

After two NCAA Tournament appearances, and graduating four starters, it was a down season for Mike Woodson and the Indiana Hoosiers. It led to fans booing the team off the floor on occasions and fans wanting Woodson fired.

All season long the Purdue Boilermakers had to listen to people bring up Fairleigh Dickinson, Saint Peter's, and North Texas. Many people have stated that what they do in the regular season and Big Ten Tournament does not matter. What matters now is NCAA Tournament success.
