Another year, another new quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts.

This has been the reality for the franchise since Andrew Luck’s retirement in August of 2019. For the most part, the search for the next QB1 has been a failure (save one Wild Card appearance with Philip Rivers at the helm).

Rivers retired a year sooner than expected and Wentz frustrated the franchise enough to press the reset button after one season, despite having invested a 1st round pick for his services.

With former NFL MVP Matt Ryan coming into town, the Colts and their fans can only hope that the 3rd time bringing in a QB via trade or free agency is indeed the charm.

Tuesday on The Dan Dakich Show the great Sean Salisbury joined the program to give his reactions to the Colts trading for Ryan. Sean shared what the Colts can expect from Matt every day and how his play style fits in Indy.

Sean also evaluated the monster moves made across the AFC this offseason and where the Colts now stack up. Plus, Sean examined the AFC South and discussed if the Colts can finally end their division title drought.

Give Dan’s chat with Sean Salisbury on the Matt Ryan trade a listen below and don’t miss The Dan Dakich Show, weekdays 12-3pm Eastern, on The Fan.
