Indianapolis – In a matter of  3 hours on Tuesday, Colts fans hopes of bringing in a top 5 QB in the NFL were dashed. First Former Colts Punter Pat McAfee broke news about Aaron Rodgers future in Green Bay:

And then ESPN’s Adam Schefter stunned the NFL world with a bombshell trade regarding Russell Wilson:

Just a month after Colts Owner Jim Irsay sent out a video to Colts Nation telling them they were “All Chips In” fans are left wondering when Chris Ballard and company will show that their chips are in the middle rather than just talking about it.

While talking about the Russell Wilson trade and where the Colts go from here, 93.5 & 107.5 The Fan Host JMV discussed the All Chips In” mantra and why the Colts keep falling short:

“They (Broncos) had the chips to be all in. The Colts don’t have the chips to go all in. They’ll just put another band aid on another band aid on another band aid and then go ahead and pay their left guard $20 million dollars per season. You guys can then feel really good about that. As much as I’ve said there’s no way Wentz is coming back, I look and ask what is happening here…You’re not going to be an AFC title contender. Good luck with that even more now.”

With the Colts unable to find a seat on the high-end QB carousel, Chris Ballard will have to get creative to appease not only the frustrated fanbase, but the frustrated owner in order to field a competitive team in 2022.
