The Indiana Pacers will look to snap a five game losing streak when they host the Brooklyn Nets tonight at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Even though the team is 2-8 in their last 10 and suffering from a number of injuries, along with players in health and safety protocols, there is a dash of fun news; for the first time in 3 years, Lance Stephenson will be repping the Blue and Gold at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

On top of that, the 2nd best team in the East the Brookyln Nets hop into town with superstar point guard Kyrie Irving making his season debut. Irving has spent the entire season in a battle with the Nets and the City of Brooklyn.

Since Irving is not vaccinated for Covid-19 he isn’t able to play home games at Barclays Center due to city Covid-19 regulations. The Nets refuse to allow Kyrie to be a part-time player, (to play only road games), up until a few weeks ago which has led to his long anticipated return to the court.

ESPN’s Frank Isola stopped by The Dan Dakich Show on Thursday to discuss what Irving’s return means for the Nets now that their Big 3 of Irving, Kevin Durant, and James Harden is whole.

Plus, Frank discussed his top storylines around the NBA and highlighted one player in a particular that he feels is arguably the best point guard in the league.

Give the chat with Frank a listen below and don’t miss The Dan Dakich Show, 12-3pm Weekdays, on The Fan.
