Indianapolis – The Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots will meet on Saturday for the 49th time, New England currently has the edge in the series 35-14. The matchup will be the 112th regular season game in Lucas Oil Stadium and JMV had one simple question: Is this the most important regular season game in the history of Lucas Oil Stadium?

A win all but guarantees that the Colts will be in the playoffs, it will be a signature win on the season, and a win vs a hated rival where there is no love lost after Patriots Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels backed out of becoming the Colts Head Coach in 2017. Chris Ballard famously said this when meeting with the media after McDaniels backed out.

The only regular season Lucas Oil Stadium game that compares to what is at stake this Saturday for the Colts is when Peyton Manning returned for the 1st time as a member of the Broncos. JMV says that no regular season game will ever top that atmosphere but this game on Saturday has the potential to be just as special.

Will the Colts move to 8-6 and take full control of their playoff destiny or will fans be frustrated at yet another loss to the Patriots and Bill Belichick? Take a listen to JMV’s initial thoughts on the podcast below!
