Every year, almost without fail, the College Football Playoff Selection Committee draws criticism for the four teams selected to compete for a National Championship.
Okay, maybe not Alabama, but you know what I mean.
This fact was amplified last week when the CFP Rankings were released and AP #2 and UNDFEATED Cincinnati was ranked outside the Top 4 at #6.
Here’s the full #CFBPlayoff Top 25 rankings for games played through October 30.
Where does your team rank?

Now it should be noted that #3 Michigan State lost this weekend and the new rankings will come out later this evening, but with their initial rankings the CFP Committee has made its feelings on the Bearcats very clear.
You know what day it is.
The #CFBPlayoff Top 25 rankings will be revealed tonight on @ESPN approximately 9 p.m. ET between games at the Champions Classic.

Earlier today on The Dan Dakich Show, our friend Jason Benetti of ESPN stopped by to share his thoughts on the lack of respect for Cincinnati and, historically, other non-Power 5 football programs.
“If Cincinnati can’t get get in to the College Football Playoff, nobody is ever getting in from a Group of 5 conference. Ever.” Benetti said.
If you’re a fan of college football or just enjoy anytime Dan and Benetti get together, then consider this a can’t miss conversation.
