When DD says there are going to be a lot of hurt feelings at the START of his monologue, you know it’s about to be a hell of an afternoon on The Dan Dakich Show.
“What is this an AAU program?” DD questioned to start the show. “What do we see out of Indiana? Mommie’s crying. No enthusiasm. At least Trayce Jackson-Davis is running a little bit. This is on the players. You can blame Archie all you want. Players quit.”
When talking with National Player of the Year candidate Luka Garza, DD left feeling impressed.
He said that Garza was thrilled to face a team like the Michigan Wolverines because he wanted to see how Iowa’s defense matches up with an elite offense.
You getting comments like that down in Bloomington this year? Absolutely not.

The Hoosiers have literally quit and given up in their last two second halves of play. You’re telling us it’s going to be any different when they have to clash with the #3 team in the country Michigan? Or going up to East Lansing for a rematch with Michigan State?

Figure it out fast or else this is going to be a true embarrassment in The Big Dance.
