This week’s Kevin’s Corner recaps what Kevin has seen from the Colts week 2 of OTAs at the Colts complex, an injury update on Andrew Luck, Deon Cain, Jack Doyle, and Claython Geathers, we dive into some Colts over/unders for the 2019 season, and answer your Twitter questions.

On Wednesday’s scuffle between Jacoby Brissett and Devin Funchess

“Dust-up is an accurate way to describe it. I’m not used to seeing that at all at Colts practices especially between quarterback and wide receiver. Seeing O-lineman and D-lineman get into it in a full-padded, 95 degree day at Grand Park  is not unusual. Seeing a quarterback and receiver get into it on an overcast day in helmets and shorts on May 29th, that is unusual.”

Is Andrew Luck going to participate this spring?

“I asked Frank Reich do you still anticipate him participating at some point this spring, and Reich said ‘yes’, but quickly was like ‘you know calf strains can be nagging and things like that’ so…I feel like they kind of took a step back from how much of a stance they were on the previous week in saying ‘yeah, Luck’s going to participate at some point this spring’.”

Will the offense be able to spread the ball around?

“Guys are going to get left out. I think it’ll be a very week-by-week thing because that’s how frank reich operates, but honestly outside of Funchess, maybe Ebron? If Ebron has a really scaled back year, that could be frustrating for him because again, he’s in a contract year as well. But for the most part, I think Andrew Luck and that offense will do a good job of managing egos, but also just managing work load and how often you get those guys involved.”
