Indiana Fever Head Coach Pokey Chatman joins The Fan Morning show. Chatman talks with the fellas about how the players have made a difference to their approach to this year’s season, and it has shown as the Fever are off to a hot start.

On difference from last year to this year:

“These are professional athletes, and let’s keep it real we got our heads beat in, and they took it with them abroad. They got better, key players our core players came back here and their stepping up in their own way in leadership roles and understanding that until we get some experience with these youngsters, we got to do the dirty work and be blue collar.”

On not knowing where scoring is going to come from:

” It would have been harder if I had started out just doing this, but 29 years later it’s an easier buy in for the players in terms of  when you say ‘it’s going to take all of us and there’s enough of us’ it’s instant buy in. They understand that then you set the table accordingly.”
