Kevin Bowen joins The Fan Morning Show. Kevin talks with Jeff and Big Joe, about the Colts being off for a few weeks, before training camp starts up. The fellas also talk about their predictions of who is going to win each division in the AFC and the Super Bowl. Kevin Bowen talks NBA draft and the potential pick the Pacers might get at 18 and the possible free agents the Pacers might acquire this summer.
On front runner to win Super Bowl:
“If Tyreke Hill is cleared to play I still view Kansas City as the favorite in the AFC. New England faces two big personal questions. I know they do it year in and year out seemingly but they’ve lost their best weapon on the offensive side of the ball. They’ve lost arguable their best defensive player in Trey Flowers.”
On Davis trade and how it effects the East and Pacers:
“I go back to Kemba Walker thing, what happens there? I think when you hear the Pacers talk they want to get more pace and play at a quicker tempo, and shoot it better. They also want to shoot more three pointers next fall. I think improving the point guard position will obviously help you out greatly in pace, with that I think Kemba Walker is the best point guard on the market with that specific trait.”
