We’re under 50 days until the Colts get their venture to Miami (hopefully) started.

46 to be exact.

So I figured why not start our own countdown leading up to it?

Let’s start with T.Y. Hilton’s 46-yard touchdown against the Saints on October 25, 2015.

The Colts lost this game 27-21. Like it happened so often under Chuck Pagano they trailed 20-0 at halftime before making a brilliant comeback that fell too short. That loss put them at 3-4 on the season, and it really started the inconsistent Colts we all became too familiar with towards the end of that era.

Win three straight, lose three straight to New England, New Orleans, and Carolina, then win three straight over Denver, Atlanta and Tampa. So on and so forth.

But that 46-yard touchdown was everything Colts fans love to see on Sundays. Andrew Luck gets a little (makes a little back then) time, finds a streaking T.Y. Hilton deep, they connect, it’s 6, and the whole stadium is pumping the “T-Y” celebration.

Only 46 days until we’re seeing it again, only then it will be in LA.
